# Teddy knowledge pack: b2g India edition
Written from the platform code and screens. One topic per section. "Route:" lines are the pages Teddy may link to.
Green Points rules are not written here: Teddy reads them live from the Green Points rulebook.

## What b2g is
b2g (blu2green) is a sustainability framework for Indian MSMEs. A company registers once, measures its emissions, gets an ESG score, follows an action plan, earns Green Points for verified actions, and shows its results to buyers, lenders and government partners. b2g is organised as a three-step journey (tiers): Discover & Connect, Measure & Transform, Reach Net Zero Impact.
Route: /dashboard/commondashboard

## The three tiers (your b2g journey)
Tier 1, Discover & Connect: free with registration. cengex (research, network, invest), the Net Zero Guide, organisation management, b2g GreenSpace (Action Tracker) and Partner Programmes.
Tier 2, Measure & Transform: ESG Scoring System, GHG Estimation System and ESG Reporting (the Compliance Pathway), sustainable purchasing and selling (the Procurement Pathway) and solutions, technologies and the carbon marketplace (the Adoption Pathway). Tier 2 needs tier 1.
Tier 3, Reach Net Zero Impact: the zeroGoal pathway: Value Chain Assessment, Green Obligation Management, Carbon Offset Management and Circular Economy. Tier 3 needs tier 2.
Each tier page shows whether the tier is active, until when, and who sponsors it when a partner programme pays for it. Tiers 2 and 3 are subscriptions; prices are shown as "Pricing on request".

## Registering a company
Registration asks for the contact person (name, designation, email, mobile), the organisation (name, Udyam Registration Number, GSTIN, PAN, date of establishment), location (country, state, city), sector, number of employees, investment in plant and machinery and annual turnover in Rs crore. The MSME category (Micro, Small or Medium) follows from investment and turnover. Mobile and email are confirmed with a one-time PIN. After registration the user sets a password and can sign in.

## Profile management
The company profile has About company (description, logo, establishment details), Accomplishments, Market presence, Sustainability and Organisation management (users, divisions and departments). A complete profile is what buyers, partners and lenders see. Teddy in Profile Management can read uploaded documents (Udyam, GST and incorporation certificates, brochures) and the company website (home, about and contact pages only) and suggest values; the user accepts or skips each suggestion.

## Users, divisions and departments
Company administrators add users, map them to divisions and departments and set module permissions. A division is a business unit; ESG surveys and GHG inventories can run per division.

## Configuration Engine (strategic interests and targets)
The Configuration Engine records what the company cares about (strategic interests by category) and its targets. Teddy can suggest the strategic-interest questions that fit the company's sector; the user reviews every suggestion before it is applied. Targets are set per division.

## digitALL: the Compliance Pathway
digitALL brings together three systems: the ESG Scoring System (with CRIF Synesgy), the GHG Estimation System and the ESG Reporting System (with Breathe ESG). Together they let an MSME measure its emissions, get an ESG score and build an action plan in one place.
Route: /digitall/sustainability-readiness-score
Route: /digitall/esg-scoring-system
Route: /digitall/ghg-estimation-system
Route: /digitall/esg-reporting-system

## ESG Scoring System and the ESG report
The company answers an ESG questionnaire (the b2g green survey, scored with CRIF Synesgy). The result is an overall rating and a grade from A (best) to E across environmental, social and governance categories. The report shows each category's rating, a quick read written by Teddy and an action plan for the weakest categories. Each action in the plan can be sent to the b2g Action Tracker (GreenSpace) with "Track in Action Tracker".

Route: /digitall/greensurveyreport
Route: /digitall/esg-scoring-subscription

## GHG Estimation System (Scope 1 and 2)
The company enters fuel, vehicle, refrigerant and purchased electricity data per reporting year (with Breathe ESG). The system calculates Scope 1 (direct: fuels, vehicles, refrigerants) and Scope 2 (purchased electricity) emissions in tonnes of CO2 equivalent (tCO2e), following the GHG Protocol. The report shows the totals by source, a summary written by Teddy and a reduction action plan.

Route: /digitall/esg-scope12-report

## ESG Reporting System
ESG Reporting builds a structured ESG report for a financial year from the data the company enters, for buyers and lenders who ask for disclosures.
Route: /digitall/esg-reporting-system

## Subscriptions and payments
Paid modules (ESG scoring, GHG estimation, ESG reporting and tiers 2 and 3) are bought from the subscription pages. Prices in this edition are "Pricing on request" and taxes are "GST as applicable". My Subscription shows what is active and until when.

Route: /digitall/subscription-history
Route: /subscription/plans

## gMarket: the Procurement Pathway
gMarket is the b2g procurement network. Suppliers list green products and services; listings certified on b2g are marked. Buyers search for suppliers whose ESG score and certificates are already on the platform and send enquiries. On a product page, a b2g user can drop their SkyCard to the supplier's contact.
Route: /digitall/gmarket-network

## cengex: research, network, invest
cengex is the national sustainability hub: the Net Zero Guide (national sustainability pages), green investment opportunities, technology pages (for example solar), research articles, discussions, partner listings and learning.

## Consultants hub and Auditors hub
Companies can find sustainability consultants and auditors registered on b2g, view their profiles and request a service or an audit. Consultants and auditors have their own accounts and dashboards.
Route: /consultantshub/consulthub-landingpage
Route: /auditorshub/auditorshub-landingpage

## b2g Pledge
A company can take the b2g sustainability pledge and see the list of companies that have taken it.
Route: /b2gpledge/b2gpledge
Route: /b2gpledge/b2gpledgelist

## Green Points and the Green Contributors Network (GCN)
Green Points reward verified sustainability actions. Points are awarded only after the evidence is verified on the platform; they belong to categories and expire after their validity period. Active points and the gates of each level decide the company's level: Green Starter, Green Achiever, Green Leader, Green Champion. Companies with a level are members of the Green Contributors Network. Reward credits come with points and expire 24 months after issue. Ask Teddy for the current rulebook, your own points, what expires soon and the best next action.

## b2g GreenSpace: Action Tracker, projects and SkyCards
GreenSpace is the collaboration space inside b2g. My Actions lists every action assigned to you, grouped by overdue, next 7 days, later, no date and done. Projects have a board, a list, a timeline, meetings, files, a discussion channel, notes and members. Meetings use the link the organiser pastes (Google Meet, Zoom, Teams or Webex). SkyCards are digital business cards: you can drop your SkyCard to another company, accept or pass on cards you receive, and connected contacts can be added to projects. Reminders and notifications live here too. Every tier page shows an Action Tracker strip with the actions that belong to that tier.

## zeroGoal: Green Obligation Management
A buyer creates a green project, awards contracts to suppliers on b2g and sets green obligations (KPIs) with a baseline, a target, a target date and a direction (reduce, increase or maintain). The supplier reports a value with evidence every quarter, within 30 days of the quarter end. The buyer verifies, rejects or asks for clarification. Status: on track, met, behind (more than 5 points under the straight-line path to the target), overdue or action needed. A met obligation earns the supplier Green Points. Each contract gets a shared GreenSpace workspace. Suppliers also log green purchases (b2g-certified gMarket products or bought outside b2g).
Route: /zerogoal/green-obligations

## zeroGoal: Carbon Offset Management and the carbon marketplace
Companies buy verified carbon credits from the India carbon marketplace (in this edition a sample settlement: no money moves), see what they hold and retire credits. Every retirement is tagged to one claim: a buyer's contract, a footprint year or a product, so no tonne is counted twice. Contract claims wait for the buyer to verify. Credits bought outside b2g need a certificate number and the certificate file. Coverage is the retired tonnes divided by the company's own Scope 1 and 2.
Route: /zerogoal/carbon-offsets
Route: /zerogoal/carbon-marketplace

## zeroGoal: Value Chain Assessment
A buyer lists its suppliers and annual spend. For suppliers on b2g, Scope 3 from purchased goods is allocated from the supplier's own reported Scope 1 and 2, in proportion to the buyer's spend over the supplier's turnover. Suppliers outside b2g get no estimate unless the buyer enters an emission factor and names its source. The buyer can ask a supplier on b2g for updated data.
Route: /zerogoal/value-chain

## zeroGoal: Circular Economy
Record waste each month by stream and destination. Diverted from landfill means reused, recycled, co-processed or composted. Hazardous waste needs a manifest number. Circularity initiatives (reduce, reuse, recycle, recover, redesign) are tracked as GreenSpace tasks. Figures are shown per financial year (April to March).
Route: /zerogoal/circular-economy

## Partner Programmes (for MSMEs)
Government bodies and sector partners, such as the Ministry of MSME account, run programmes for MSMEs and can sponsor a b2g tier for participants. An MSME joins with an invitation code or by accepting an invitation, chooses what to share (company profile always; Green Points, GHG inventory, ESG grade and zeroGoal results only if ticked), can change that at any time and can stop sharing. A sponsored subscription stays active until its end date unless the partner ends it.
Route: /partners

## MSME Portfolio (for sector partners)
A sector partner sees only MSMEs that consented, and only the data each one shares: an overview, the MSME list with a CSV download, programmes (focus, sponsored tier, seats, dates, target), invitations (direct invitation or a code with a use limit and expiry) and each MSME's page with the consent history and its sponsored seat.
Route: /sectorpartner/portfolio
Route: /sectorpartner/dashboard

## Sector partner dashboard
For sector partners: the sector's reported emissions by state, the SME split, Green Contributors Network members by Green Points level and Green Points totals, nationally and for the sector, plus the compliance, procurement and adoption pathways.

## Teddy: what Teddy can and cannot do
Teddy answers from your own b2g records and from this guide. Teddy can open pages, prepare a task in your Action Tracker and fill forms for you to review; Teddy never submits, deletes, pays or sends anything on your behalf. Teddy only discusses b2g, sustainability for your business and your own records. Teddy remembers useful facts only if you allow it, and you can see and delete them in the Teddy panel under Memory. Conversations are kept for 6 months, then only a short summary remains.

## How to: complete the company profile (step by step)
Steps on screen: 1. Open Profile Management (the profile card under Configuration in the main menu, "Update company info and contact"). 2. On the Profile Management page, "Read website" or "Upload document" lets Teddy suggest values from the company website or a Udyam, GST or incorporation certificate; accept or skip each one. 3. Or choose "Start Filling Now" and go section by section: About Company (Company Website and About Company text, then the Vision & Mission tab), Accomplishments, Market presence, Sustainability. 4. Press "Save & Next" at the end of each section. What helps to have at hand: a short description of what the company makes, main customers and markets, certifications held.
Route: /profilemanagement/pmlandingpage
Route: /profilemanagement/aboutcompany

## How to: measure Scope 1 and 2 emissions (GHG inventory, step by step)
Steps on screen: 1. Open digitALL in the top menu and choose GHG Estimation System. 2. If the company has not subscribed yet, the page shows the GHG Estimation fee, the achievable Green Points and the validity (6 months); accept the Terms and Conditions and choose "Subscribe Now". 3. Register the reporting year (for example 2025). 4. Enter the year's data: purchased electricity (units from the monthly bills), fuels such as diesel, LPG or furnace oil, company vehicles and refrigerant top-ups. 5. Submit to get Scope 1 and Scope 2 in tCO2e, the summary and a reduction action plan. What to keep ready: twelve months of electricity bills, fuel purchase invoices or logbooks, the vehicle list.

## How to: track actions with the team (Action Tracker, step by step)
Steps on screen: 1. Open b2g GreenSpace (the leaf icon in the top menu) and go to My actions. 2. "New task" creates an action with a title, owner, priority and due date; actions from the ESG and GHG action plans arrive here when someone presses "Track in Action Tracker". 3. Filter with Open, Done recently and All; overdue actions show first. Completing tracked actions with evidence can earn Green Points.
Route: /greenspace/my-actions

## How to: earn and claim Green Points (step by step)
Steps on screen: 1. Open Green Points from the Green Points card on the dashboard. 2. The Overview tab shows the level, active points and the gap to the next level. 3. Earn Points lists every action with its points and status; "Open" goes to the page where the action is done, and actions that need proof have "Submit" to upload evidence. 4. Points & Evidence shows claims and their review status; Rewards shows what each level unlocks. Points from the records (a filed GHG inventory, an ESG score) are added automatically.
